NEW - EARLY MORNING GP APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
As from 30 October 2017 we will be starting early morning clinics with our doctors.
They will be held every Monday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.
These appointments can be booked two weeks in advance.
These appointments are strictly for our patients that cannot attend during normal working hours.
PATIENT NOTICE - APPOINTMENTS
Please be aware that when booking an appointment you will be asked by the receptionist for a brief description regarding the nature of the appointment.
We have put this procedure in place to help us to utilise every available appointment We run many different clinics/sessions at the surgery and it is very important that these are used efficiently so that we can provide all patients with the correct care.
Your cooperation in this matter is vital in helping us to manage your access to approriate health services.
Private room is available should you not wish to discuss your details at the reception desk.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. We have a dedicated cancellation line: 07724 182463. Alternatively you can email us on adminF81173@nhs.net
Best Foot Forward Counselling
Individual and couple counselling available in a safe confidential environment here at the surgery, covering abuse, anxiety, bereavement, carer, depression, divorce, low esteem, post traumatic stress, relationship issues, rape, sexuality and stress.

Douglas Grove is a new building and has modern facilities for disabled and mobility patients. We have dedicated parking with large wide ramps to enable patient’s good access to the front of the building. The surgery has disabled toilets and lifts to assist if patients are required to go upstairs.
Disabled parking, access and toilets available. Please inform reception if you are unable to manage the stairs or any access problems and they will try to assist.
