Patients commented on how they have difficulty getting an appointment

To improve the availability of appopintments

Appointment system to be reviewed upon commencement of the new partnership.   Nurses will triage appointments and Doctors will be allocated for acute problems only where possible.

HCA appointments to be utilised to assist the Nurses.

Request for Late appoinments and Saturday opening

To be able to offer more flexible appointment times

Out of Hours arrangement to be reviewed by new Partners before 1st April 2017

Minor Operation Clinic

To hold regular Minor Op clinics

Dr Stephen is to commence the training for this when he joins the surgery

Lack of Continuation of care

Decrease the use of Locum Doctors
